The 10-minute practice I swear by to start (or reset) my day

I get swept up and start the day off feeling overwhelmed — before I’ve even brushed my teeth.
There is SO MUCH going on right now — globally, locally, personally. I am feeling it right along with you.
That’s why I created The Daily Check-In, a simple practice that’s been better than any meditation I’ve tried (and I’ve tried many).

What’s The Daily Check-In?
The Daily Check-In is an EFT tapping practice designed to help you:

It’s not about bypassing the hard stuff; it’s about giving emotions space to be felt, released, and turning up the volume on your inner wisdom.
I use The Daily Check-In to start my morning or reset in the middle of a hectic day.
It’s short and sweet, but SO powerful. Here’s what it looks like:
A few minutes to notice how you’re feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Gentle EFT tapping to surface and release anything that’s weighing you down.
A pause to reflect on a favorite memory, shifting your energy toward something joyful and light.
Space to anchor into positivity, possibility, and anticipation for the day ahead.
A heart-centered ritual to end the practice.
