Below is a recording from my guided journaling workshop, Journaling for Self-Illumination.
Who this is for: Meant for and open to all! And an especially warm invitation to anyone who has never journaled before.
What you’ll experience: A 45-minute(ish) mindful writing workshop focused on illuminating what makes you, you. You’ll be guided through custom prompts and writing-based exercises to do in real-time.
What you’ll need:
Something to write with and something to write on (Pen/pencil — doesn’t matter! A journal, sheets of paper, post-its — whatever you have around you works just fine!)
Optional: A playlist you can turn on while you’re journaling; otherwise, silence works!
