Who this is for: Meant for and open to all! And an especially warm invitation to anyone who has never journaled before.
What you’ll experience: In this 45-minute(ish) mindful writing workshop you’ll learn how journaling can help you go slow in a season that calls you to speed up. By tapping into the sensorial experience of summer you’ll slow down enough to savor it.
What you’ll need:
Something to write with and something to write on (Pen/pencil — doesn’t matter! A journal, sheets of paper, post-its — whatever you have around you works just fine!)
Optional: A playlist you can turn on while you’re journaling on the prompts; otherwise, silence works!
